The "No Time for a Workout" Workout

1. I don't have time for a workout 
2. I don't have access to a gym 

Chances are you probably run into one (if not both) of these problems every now and then. Good news…this workout should take you less than 30 minutes to complete, and there's no gym equipment required! This workout can be done anywhere, and is perfect for days when you are feeling crunched for time and need a quick refresher! 

If you're doing this workout outdoors, warm-up with a 3-5 minute jog or walk. If doing indoors, you can try jogging in place, jump rope, or jumping jacks. Find a good ledge, step, stair, or bench nearby for the box jumps and box jump burpees. 

The "No Time for a Workout" Workout

Three-Way Lunges - 10 reps (each leg)

Box Jumps - 25 reps 

Sumo Squat Jacks - 25 reps 

Box Jump Burpees - 10 reps 

Repeat 3-4x through. Warmup & Cool down with 3-5 minutes jog/walk.
