Sports Nutrition programs begin with an initial consultation to assess the nutritional demands of your training program, athletic performance goals, and specific nutrition, medical and diet history. Prior to our meeting, I will send a nutritional assessment form that will need to be returned to me in order to create your personalized sports-specific nutrition plan. Each meal plan is designed for the nutritional demands of specific training days, specific body composition goals and your target goal dates.

 

Sports nutrition programs provide the following:

  • Detailed evaluation of current diet and recommendations to improve performance
  • Pre-training, training, and post-training nutrition guidelines
  • Eating strategies for optimal recovery based on your personal daily schedule
  • Personalized meal plans for optimal results

My services are designed to meet the needs of athletes located virtually anywhere. The majority of my clients are long-distance and met via phone, Skype, or FaceTime, however, if you live in Lincoln, Nebraska, appointments can be met in person. My services are flexible to meet weekly, monthly, or as needed.  Follow-up appointments are provided and recommended for ongoing nutrition education and to develop your nutrition program as your training seasons progress up to competition.

My program focuses on adding certain foods to your diet that will help to promote weight loss, rather than the majority of diet trends that involve cutting out certain food groups. I provide education on how to live a healthier lifestyle with cooking instruction, recipe modification, menu planning, and individualized meal plans to fit your busy schedule. Clients can be met virtually anywhere over the phone, Skype, or FaceTime, however, if you reside in Lincoln, Nebraska, sessions can be met in person. Programs are individualized to your desired outcomes and include but are not limited to the following:

  • Weekly monitoring of weight loss/body composition changes
  • Grocery store list and tour, refrigerator and pantry clean-out
  •  Development of a personalized nutrition plan
  •  Menu and meal planning
  • Education on healthier cooking, recipe modification
  • Nutrient supplementation recommendations  

Follow-up sessions are not required with any nutrition program, however, they are highly recommended to provide further development and support. Sessions are flexible and can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or as needed. 

Family Nutrition & Wellness programs are offered for families and individuals who are wanting to lead a healthier lifestyle. Whether you are interested in improving overall health, body composition, preventing disease or managing current risk factors, or are wanting to have weekly meal plans designed for your busy family, this is the program for you. Individualized assessments and meal plans are developed to fit your personal health & fitness goals. Clients can be met virtually anywhere over the phone, Skype, or FaceTime, however, if you reside in Lincoln, Nebraska, sessions can be met in person. Programs are individualized to your desired outcomes and include but are not limited to the following:
