If you're like me, you get bored training on treadmills pretty quickly. This workout is perfect for mixing up your routine, increasing the intensity of your workout, and decreasing the duration. This workout should only take about 25 minutes to complete, and can be tweaked to YOUR personal level of fitness. This is definitely a more advanced workout, so if you're not used to running hills make sure to start with lower speeds and inclines. This is a "PYRAMID" workout…meaning once you get to the last interval (8.0 on 8%), go all the way back down to the beginning (5.0 on 5%). You'll be amazed how much easier that 5% incline feels after going all the way up!
