Workouts Begin Monday, January 2nd!! 

- Weekly workout videos will be sent directly to your email or mobile device with modifications for all levels (beginner to advanced) 

- You will receive five 20-minute workouts per week, that can all be done at-home with minimal equipment needed. Recommended equipment includes a set of dumbbells (between 8-12 pounds) and resistance loop bands

- Workouts include: Cardio + Upper body/Lower body/Total body + Core/Abs

- Optional Facebook support group - A place to help cheer each other on, ask me questions & receive weekly tips from me. Joining is optional, as I respect your privacy if you'd rather solely have contact with me throughout the program. 

Cost: $40 for previous or current Eleat clients; $60 for non-clients.

Payment must be made online with credit card via Paypal (will send invoice).
