Turkey Burgers


1 package (20 oz) 99% lean ground turkey

1 whole, raw green pepper

1 whole, raw onion

Seasonings as desired: Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb, dried oregano, black pepper

*recipe makes 5 (4 oz.) patties. 


1. Chop up green pepper and onion and mix into ground turkey in large bowl.

2. Make five patties out of turkey, pepper, and onion mixture.

3. Sprinkle a pinch of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning (optional: dried oregano and black pepper) on top of each patty and grill on a Foreman Grill 8-10 minutes.

These are easy to reheat and taste great as leftovers throughout the week!
