Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients: (makes 2 lattes)

1 cup brewed coffee, bold blend (or 2 shots espresso)

2-3 Tbsp canned pureed pumpkin

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 & 1/2 cups low-fat milk or unsweetened almond milk

2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey (or 1 Tbsp honey + 1 packet stevia to taste)


1. Add all ingredients together into a small sauce pan and stir well over medium-heat for 3-5 minutes. Do not let it come to a boil.

2. Divide between two mugs (or save other half in the fridge for later) and enjoy! Optional: top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
