Ingredients: makes 4 gyros

Chicken Gyros Eleat Sports Nutrition

1 lb Mediterranean Chicken 

1/2 large cucumber, diced

1/2 pint of grape tomatoes, diced 

1/2 white onion, diced 

4-8 Tbsp Tzatziki Sauce 

4 whole wheat pitas 

Directions:

1. Prepare Mediterranean Chicken as directed.

2. While chicken is cooking, cut the tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers. Prepare the Tzatziki sauce as directed. 

3. Warm each pita until soft by placing in low-heated oven for a few minutes. 

4. Top each pita with the above ingredients (adding a spoonful of feta cheese is optional)
