Honey Yogurt Dip


1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

3 Tbsp honey 

2 tsp ground cinnamon 

optional: for lower sugar alternative, you can swap out the 3 Tbsp honey for 3 Tbsp almond or peanut butter.

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Serve with a variety of fresh sliced fruit. (My personal favorites are apple slices and strawberries!)
