Peach Ice Cream

Makes 4 servings


3-4 fresh peaches

1 & 1/2 Tbsp honey

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup crushed ice (or about 3 ice cubes)


1. Peel and slice fresh peaches. Place in a freezer-safe bag or container and freeze for several hours (or overnight). 

2. Place all four ingredients in food processor and blend until very smooth.
