Post-Workout Recovery Bites

Ingredients: (makes 20 bites)

1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

½ cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups Quaker Rolled Oats

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 small mashed banana

2 Tbsp Honey (optional)


Combine all ingredients together in large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour; then separate into 24 (Tbsp sized) balls. Keep refrigerated.

Eat 3 bites for 30 grams carbs, 9.5 grams protein - the perfect 3:1 ratio post-workout.
