1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
3 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup water (add slowly to desired consistency)
pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Place chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, and seasoning in food processor. Add water slowly until it has reached the desired consistency. (Note: for thicker hummus, only use 1/4 cup water) Serve chilled with sliced veggies, wheat crackers, and pita bread.
