On a brown rice cake, add 1 Tbsp peanut or almond butter, 1/2 sliced banana, and sprinkle 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (or a few mini dark chocolate chips!) on top.
Melt 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate over stove or in microwave on Medium power for 2 minutes, stir, and continue to heat if needed until completely melted. Mix in your favorite nuts and pour mixture out onto wax paper. Top with a few additional crushed nuts, and dried cranberries. Let cool about 30-60 minutes in refrigerator. Break apart into pieces and enjoy!
In medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together: 1 mashed banana, 1 cup quick-cooking or rolled oats, 2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter, and 1/4 cup dark cocoa chips. Spoon dough onto cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray and bake at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes. Makes 12 cookies.
