Acai Berry Bowls

Strawberry-Kiwi Smoothie Bowl - 296 calories (compared to Jamba Juice's 560 calorie acai bowl!)

Ingredients: 

Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:

1 Acai Frozen Smoothie Pack (I used Sambazon - unsweetened, found at whole foods)

1/2 a frozen banana

1/4 cup frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 

 

Topping Ingredients for strawberry-kiwi smoothie bowl

1/4 cup homemade granola (recipe here)

1/2 a fresh kiwi, sliced

1 large strawberry, sliced

Nutty Banana Smoothie Bowl - 363 calories (compared to Jamba Juice's 560 calorie acai bowl!)

Topping Ingredients for nutty banana smoothie bowl: 

1/2 a large banana, sliced 

1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

1 tsp almond butter 

1 tsp chia seeds

10 blueberries (about 1/8 cup)

1 Tbsp walnut pieces

Directions: 

Run acai smoothie pack under hot water for about 10-15 seconds. Break apart into smaller pieces for easier blending. Combine all smoothie ingredients (acai, milk, banana, mango) in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
