Breakfast Apple Muesli

Makes 4 servings


1 cup rolled oats

1 cup wheat flakes 

1/2 cup cup date pieces 

1/2 cup sliced almonds 

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup raisins 

1 cup low fat milk or unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup granny smith apple, diced 

1 tsp honey 

Directions: Mix all dry ingredients together in a large container or bowl. For each serving, measure out 1/2-1 cup dry muesli and pour 1/2-1 cup milk over. Store overnight in refrigerator. In the morning, add 1/4 cup sliced granny smith apple, and a drizzle of honey. This recipe is great to make large batches of and keep stored in a tightly sealed container for quick & easy breakfasts. Enjoy!
